I most often am in the studio producing music or editing independent video for dvd's. I love playing basketball, watching football & baseball. I have the desire to flip homes & secure the future for my daughter Sky as well as live a descent not so extravegant lifestyle. We work hard; my team have excellent skills in plumbing, carpentry, granite & tile work. We do elevated bed platforms to sunken living rooms. I can take an average 3 to 4 bedroom home with outside minimun work & make it look like a million dollar home for between 70 & 80K. We like to strip the old walls, reinforce, rewire, new plumbing if neccessary & special added features like archways, elevated bed platform in master suite with sitting room in bathroom & walk in closets.
